Our downtown is home to nearly 200 eclectic dining choices that reflect Bethesda's cultural diversity. Whether you're hankering for the tried and true of Dunkin Donuts, or you want to taste the creations of our local restaurants, there's something for everyone. Entertainment is also on hand and includes theaters like Round House and Quotidian, which host plays, live music, and comedy acts. For more nightlife adventures, you'll find nightclubs and bars that keep the good vibes going.
Arts and culture thrive in Bethesda.-you'll find over a dozen downtown art galleries. On the second Friday of every month, join fellow art enthusiast for the monthly Art Walk, from 6 to 9 p.m. Enjoy the works of local artists as well as those from around the country, and the world. Get a lift from the Bethesda Circulator, a free shuttle service that stops close to participating galleries.
In the summer, enjoy the Outdoor Movies Series in July, held at 9 p.m., in Woodmont Triangle, on the corner of Auburn and Norfolk avenues. Grab dinner at a local restaurant beforehand.
